Why are reparations being paid now?

The shining vision of a future society presented in the Star Trek: The Next Generation was made possible by the application of great technological advances which were able to free human beings from daily servitude in exchange for paper money into exploreres of the stars and masters of  previously unused physical and non-physical forces.

We know that we are living in times of great change.  Every day news reaches us of events or discoveries that will surely change our lives.  The Christian Bible closes with prophetic imagery of  the last days, the great tribulation that was to come at the end of the appointed times of the nations.  You must know where we are and what time is in order to know what time it is.
 "And I saw another strong angel descending from heaven, arrayed with a cloud, and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as the sun, and his feet were as fiery pillars, and he had in his hand a little scroll opened.  And he set his right foot upon the sea, but his left one upon the earth, and he cried out with a loud voice just as when a lion roars.  And when he cried out, the 7 thunders uttered their own voices....  The reason that these parts of the scriptures can be fulfilled now is that advances in telecommunications technology have provided the decendants of the victims of racial slavery with powerful tools to accomplish the distribution of  the resources necessary to effect reparations now.  The imagery of the book of Revelation is being fulfilled now.  The time for delay has ended.  The time for reparations is now.    Human beings who desire change can apply the materials and resources to make a change in what is called reality now. It is not the responsibility of the heavenly host to set things right on this earth.  The power to make a change is in your hands now.

The decendants of the victims of racial slavery in America are the people of the book, the ANCIENT BUILDERS OF THE TEMPLE to whom a great blessing is due.  Not only are they to receive what is comming to them for years of unnecessary and inhuman servitude, They are the ones who will be the first to be ressurected from death (wage slavery) into life.  They shall be the first to be free.
