What are reparations? `

Reparation is the act or process of repairing.  Reparation implies giving compensation to satisfy one who has suffered injury, loss, or wrong at the hands of another; in the plural form it applies to the compensation a defeated nation must pay as indemnity for damage or injury during a war.

Reparations are compensation.  Compensation for damages are usually paid by one group that has committed criminal acts against another group under conditions of war.   White supremacists have effectively led victims of racism to believe that only white supremacists could compensate victims of racism.

Compenasation is something given or received as reparation, as for service or loss.
 
 Why do victims of racism need compensation?

Africans in America were supposedly freed from physical slavery (involuntary servitude) by the Emancipation Proclamation, yet without the compensation for which they are due, victims of racism find themselves trapped in a more refined and psychological system of WAGE SLAVERY.  The WAGE SLAVERY system (voluntary servitude) uses paper money and conditioning. Although this system is psychological, it is as effective as the Physical slavery system  (involutnary servitude) which used kidnap and murder.   It is even more effective than physical slavery due to it's subtlety, meager rewards and psychological conditioning.  Few even attempt to escape.

So called freedom is a mockery when you are released from servitude without wealth or ownership of natural resources to provide for your self as an equal among others who have the same.  Freedom is not equal footing when you are still at the mercy of criminals who refuse to even acknowledge their crimes.  Not when the criminals were wealthy land owners bankers and politicians who were operating an international criminal commercial industry of which we were the raw material. TO THIS DAY:   NO ONE has been held responsible.  Millions of humans beings were murdered in a business which profited by trading in human beings.  No person or organization has been  able to demand or enforce any judgement against those who organized, protected and profited from these crimes.  Many are wealthy today from the residual income earned by the commercial exploitation and murder of  human beings.

By granting safe haven to, aiding, abetting and  harboring fugitives from universal justice, by granting and enforcing  legal authority  to groups of persons to engage in the kidnap, trafficing and murder of non-aggressive civilians,  America betrayed a sacred trust to protect the welfare of all persons subject to  her authority.  For her failure to identify and prosecute these criminals and their assetts or repair the damage done to the soul of humanity, she has been judged and found wanting.

The U.S. courts protectd and upheld the rights of those who committed the original crimes against our ancestors.  It protects the persons, families, industries and fortunes which were built on the blood of our ancestors from all properly presented legal challenges. The psychology propaganda of the criminal has been effective in producing frustration among those who need their reparations and complacency among those who don't feel personally responsible.  We have accepted the inaction of the white supremacists who possess the immediate power to make reparations as the final and only answer on the issue.
